Digital waivers
Create waiver templates, require signatures at registration, and track compliance by plan.

Overview
Each season can have waiver templates. Open the season’s Waivers page in the admin dashboard to create templates, review who has signed, and send reminders when your plan allows it.
Plan limits
- Free: 1 template per season, 25 signatures per month, 90-day retention.
- Premium: 5 templates, 250 signatures/month, parent/guardian signing, version history, automated reminders, longer retention.
- Pro: unlimited templates and signatures (fair use), same Premium compliance features, plus marketing for audit/compliance export as those tools expand.
Parent / guardian signing
On Premium and Pro, minors can be signed for by a parent or guardian during the signing flow. Free plans cannot use guardian signing.
Reminders
Premium and Pro can send email reminders to players who still need to sign. Use the Waivers compliance tools on the season page.
