Player registration and join

Players open your league subdomain and use Register / Sign in under player auth. They do not create admin accounts on leagzr.ca.

1. From the player dashboard (or season join link), choose the open season and a team when required.
2. If the league enabled jersey collection for that season, provide preferred T-shirt size and the name and number to print on the shirt.
3. If the league enabled Instagram collection for that season, provide your Instagram handle.
4. If the league added custom registration questions for that season, answer those extra fields.
5. Complete any required waiver signatures before registration is considered complete.
6. If the season has a registration fee, pay through Stripe Checkout. You can enter a promotion code from your league before paying.
7. After payment, download your registration invoice from the join flow or your season card.
8. Once paid and waived (when required), the player appears on the roster.

• Set registration pricing under the season before you invite players.
• Turn on jersey / T-shirt preferences per season if you want players to give size, shirt name, and number when they join.
• Turn on Instagram handle collection per season if you want players to share their Instagram username when they join.
• Add custom registration fields per season for extra freeform questions such as emergency contact or allergies.
• Connect Stripe in Settings → Payments so checkout can collect fees.
• Require waivers at registration when you need signatures before the season starts.
• If you add players by name and do not need player accounts, turn off player sign-in and registration in Settings → League.
• Premium and Pro can export rosters and related data as CSV from season tools.
